Tent Rental Pricing

Our tent rentals and tent rental packages are simple, clean, affordable, and convenient, perfect for any occasion. Unlike large corporate rental companies, we specialize in smaller events and intimate gatherings, providing personalized service and attention to detail to our customers across Bucks County.

  • 10’ x 10’ pop-up tents - $125.00

    • A 10’ × 10’ pop-up tent requires a minimum level area of 15’ × 15’ on grass for installation.

    • Comfortably accommodates 12–15 guests for cocktail-style events and mingling.

    • Can accommodate up to 20 guests for standing events.

    • Seats approximately 16–20 guests, depending on the table layout.

    • Package pricing includes delivery, setup, and takedown on grass.

    • Installation on asphalt, gravel, or concrete is available for an additional charge.

    • Water barrel anchoring, if required, is available for an additional charge.

    • Sales tax is not included.

    • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • 20’ x 20’ pop-up tent - $425.00

    • A 20’ × 20’ high-peak tent requires a minimum level area of 30’ × 30’ on grass for installation.

    • Comfortably seats 40–50 guests.

    • Accommodates up to 65 guests for standing receptions or cocktail-style events.

    • Tent sidewalls are not included (available as an optional upgrade).

    • Package pricing includes delivery within 30 miles radius, setup, and takedown on grass.

    • Installation on asphalt, gravel, or concrete is available for an additional charge.

    • Water barrel anchoring, if required, is available for an additional charge.

    • Sales tax is not included.
