Our Rental Process
Thank you for your interest in Bucks Event Rentz. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality event rentals throughout Bucks County, PA, and the surrounding areas. We know that planning an event can feel overwhelming, so we’ve outlined a few helpful tips to get you started.
Choose Your Event Date
Most events take place on weekends, and our team typically handles setup and deliveries on Thursday or Friday, with pickup and takedown on Monday or Tuesday. If your venue requires same-day delivery and removal, just let us know—we’ll coordinate the timing to fit your needs.
Estimate Your Guest Count
You don’t need an exact number right away, but having a general idea of your expected guest count helps us recommend the right tent size and rental package for your event.
Plan for the Weather
If you’re hosting an outdoor event, it’s always smart to have a rain contingency plan. We offer a variety of tent sizes and styles at affordable rates to help keep your guests comfortable, no matter the weather.
